I had ordered a FL40-4111SSTD McDavid Ankle Guard With Plastic inserts and they sent me a Canvas Ankle Splint with Metal inserts. As I was lacing this up the eyelids fell out.

When I called customer service for a return # she accused me of pulling the eyelids out I hadn't even put it on yet. Needless to say I was infuriated and said I wanted my money back and didn't feel I should be paying return shipping charges. For their mistake. I tried using their email address and it says it doesn't exist.

How can I get this piece of inferior product back to them. I have never ever dealt with such rude costumer service people she was actually screaming at me.

Never ever will I use this company again. Help
